Individual bands from each clone are selected . The total number of bands, as well as the number of polymorphisms is determined. Polymorphsms are determinded based on the presense or absence of bands. The data is then analysed using the Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetical Averages (UPGMA) and NTSYS-pc ver.2.0 program (Rohlf, 1997) for interpretation by similarity coefficient [ Dice (1945) ] .
