The evaluation of plant genetic from exploration, collection and planting in natural conditions. Experiments are performed to discover information about plant morphology, biology, physiology and cultivation. In the laboratories the composition, nutrition, pigments, flavor, aromatic compounds, plant molecular biology, cytology and studied to determine the properties and qualities of various plant clones. These activities are performed in collaboration with researchers from universities, academic institutes, research centers and experimental stations.
