Plants are continually planted and fresh seed collected. This maintains seeds and plants collected from Royal Development Study Centers, research centers or experiment stations of Department of Agriculture or the provinces that  the Plant Genetic Conservation Project. works in. Preservation and  seed storage of plant tissue culture is held in the plant germplasm bank at the Plant Genetic Conservation Project, Chitralada Palace. In addition Plant genetics materials are preserved.
